Strike Three

I don't get into politics directly because I want to use my voice to support and encourage other men who are struggling right now.  But I do want to give you some good news to go along with the encouragement.  I want readers to know life is pretty decent and there are reasons for the rebound we are facing today economically.

The economic policies of the Soviet Left are very popular in the West even though it has proven to be a disaster everywhere it is tried.  Take a generic European country like Spain, with a 14% unemployment rate today while America has a 3.6% unemployment rate.  But it is not just a matter of what does not work, it is also a matter of what does.

But that is only half of the story.  It really is a contrast between the two, and we should logically be at the point of three strikes you are out, and the Soviet Left should be out now.  Not only have they failed, but conservative economics have succeeded every bit as much.

Anyone older than about 45 or so can remember the previous examples of economic prosperity from conservative principles.  For us, this is literally the third time in just our lifetime we have seen this economic phenomenon.  First, during the Reagan years, next during the tax cuts of the Republican congress, and now during Trump's administration.

So what does it take for you to admit the truth?  How many times do we need to play out the same story over and over, suffering under liberals and prospering under conservatives?  And don't blow me off - I want a number.  10?  20?  50?  If you include the advances made in all of Asia, we can cover the 10 or 20 right now?

Slowly, the entire rest of the world is getting it.  Even Africa may soon shake off the poison of anti-colonialism and create economic policies that are realistic.  That actually leaves only two groups on the face of the earth who deny the reality of workable economic policies; the Soviet Left, and their Muslim allies who have their own civilization.

In just the last century, it is easy to scrape the experiences of two economic policies into two piles and see the results.  The policies of the Soviet Left would be a dumpster fire, and the conservative policies would encompass much of the best times workers and businesses worldwide have experienced.  Think about that for a minute; any realistic assessment would associate pain and misery with leftist economic policies while good times would be associated with conservative policies.

There are many, many strikes against the economic policies of the left.  And three ought to be enough.
